At first glance this book cover elicits no emotions, blank stares look out...but the cover of 'Whatever it takes' is a real testament to the saying "Don't judge a book by the cover." In this case if you do you will be missing true entertainment and a well written story. The novel depicts two brothers unleashing vengeance for a grudge they held for 25 years. The twists, the turns, the sheer ruthless violence will hold you right to the end. Dwayne Murray created a definite page-turner with this novel and readers will not be disappointed.

1. What did you like best about this book?
Very graphic, very descriptive and not predictable at all, an easy, exciting read

2. What did you dislike about this book?
I enjoyed the book thoroughly an it pained me to put it down, I finished it in a day

3. How can the author improve this book?
The story and its execution was good but there were many "typos" that slightly hindered my reading enjoyment

Girl, The Mouse That Roared was a book club favorite, I think it was our third book... We loved it!!! I haven't read this one but I'll get... Thanks for the review because I was feeling the same way about the cover, it just wasn't that interesting to me nor was the title... It didn't catch me like "Mouse"...

I read Dwayne Murray's Whatever It Takes and I happened to love his coverart. I seen the light-skinned girl on a reality show on TV but can't remember which show. The cover actually convinced me to get the book and I am so glad I did. This dayum book was off the chain!!! Loved it, loved it, loved it. I have to get his 1st book The Mouse That Roamed. I heard that book was better than this one. I wish for nothing but good thing for this new author. He has excellent writing skills.
